Read My StoryFor years I tried the conventional route: therapy, counselling, medication. They helped at times, but I kept falling back into the same patterns: good days followed by bad days, temporary relief followed by exhaustion. Deep down, I knew there had to be more than just surviving life.
When I finally faced my pain instead of running from it, everything changed. Today I wake up calm, regulated, and genuinely happy. Now I’m qualified and ready to guide you through your own healing journey.
